We hope that this finds you, your family, your loved ones and all staff well in these tough times of Covid-19 outbreak.
We wish to inform you that the Singapore government is implementing a closure of all workplaces from Tuesday 7th April to Monday 1st June 2020 with the exception of essential services.
Our office, showroom and warehouse will have to be closed during this period. However:
Our staff will continue to work from home wherever applicable and possible, and you can still continue to contact and communicate with our sales teams via the usual email, phone, messaging and video-call services.
If you have any confirmed order requirements from our Singapore stocks that need to be delivered to you very urgently, on a case-by-case basis we will apply to the Ministry for a time-limited exemption period of a few hours, so that we will be able to exceptionally activate a part of our warehouse team to execute and ship your order.
Owners of businesses are still allowed to visit their premises for any critical reasons, without requiring special permission from the government. Therefore if you require any urgent samples from our office, we will make arrangements to get them couriered to you quickly.
Currently we have sufficient stocks in hand to meet your stocking and project requirements. Replenishment of stocks will also be ongoing, as the government is allowing us to activate part of our warehouse teams to accept incoming shipments into our warehouses.
For export orders, we will make our best effort to complete the documentation in time for your shipments that are currently sailing.
We will do our best in each case to ensure the least amount of disruption to business.
Some of our suppliers are still affected by country wide lockdowns or other restrictions imposed by their governments.
We seek your kind understanding and patience if our level of service is compromised in such cases.
